มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมจัดงานประชุมวิชาการ The 4th MU - CMU Joint Symposium พร้อมลงนามความร่วมมือกับ China Medical University (CMU) ณ สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน)

วันที่ 19 มกราคม 2567 ศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์บรรจง มไหสวริยะ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล พร้อมด้วย Prof. Mien-Chie Hung, President, China Medical University ร่วมกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงานประชุมวิชาการ The 4th CMU-MU Joint Symposium ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือระหว่าง China Medical University ร่วมกับ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการและงานวิจัยในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ เภสัชศาสตร์ และสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ ระหว่าง 2 สถาบัน โดยมี อาจารย์ แพทย์หญิงมนทกานติ์ โอประเสริฐสวัสดิ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายโครงการจัดตั้งวิทยาเขตนครสวรรค์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ และคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าร่วมงานและร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อต่าง ๆ ณ China Medical University สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน)

ในโอกาสนี้ ศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์บรรจง มไหสวริยะ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัย (MOU) กับ Prof. Mien-Chie Hung, President, China Medical University สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) เพื่อร่วมดำเนินการด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรสองปริญญา (Dual Degree programs) การผลิตผลงานวิจัย (Joint research projects) ในด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา การจัดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา บุคลากร และนักวิจัย รวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และการแลกเปลี่ยนทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ ร่วมกัน โดยมี อาจารย์ แพทย์หญิงมนทกานติ์ โอประเสริฐสวัสดิ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายโครงการจัดตั้งวิทยาเขตนครสวรรค์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และ Prof. Liang-Yo Yang, Dean, Office of Global Affairs, China Medical University ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน

ในการประชุมวิชาการดังกล่าว ผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้ร่วมเสวนาร่วมกับผู้แทนจาก China Medical University สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) อาทิ “Deciphering the PM2.5 Challenge in Bangkok: Balancing Health and Economics for Effective Control” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สราวุธ เทพานนท์ คณบดีคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล “Development of AQHI as an Effective Risk Communication Tool in Bangkok, Thailand” โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุวิมล กาญจนสุธา ภาควิชาวิทยาศาสตร์อนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ “Analytical Tools for Detecting Substandard and Counterfeit Pharmaceutical and Health Products” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. เภสัชกรหญิงนันทนา นุชถาวร ภาควิชาเภสัชเคมี คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ “Health Technology Assessment for the Development of Vaccine Policy and Universal Health Coverage Benefit Package in Thailand” โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. เภสัชกรหญิงศิตาพร ยังคง ภาควิชาเภสัชกรรม คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ “CAR-T Cell for Cancer” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์อุษณรัสมิ์ อนุรัฐพันธ์ ภาควิชากุมารเวชศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี “Acquired Vulnerability Screening Unveiled Novel Candidate Drug Targets in the Drug-resistant Cholangiocarcinoma” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศิวนนท์ จิรวัฒโนทัย คณะเเพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล และ “Clinical and Translational Research for Precision Treatment of Head and Neck Cancer at Mahidol University” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์ณัฐพงศ์ งามไพบูลย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี

Mahidol University, in Collaboration with China Medical University (CMU), Co-Organized “The 4th MU-CMU Joint Symposium”, and Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of Both Universities at China Medical University, Republic of China (Taiwan)

On 19th January 2024, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, together with Prof. Mien-Chie Hung, President of China Medical University, jointly delivered welcome remarks to the participants at “The 4th CMU-MU Joint Symposium”. This conference was co-organized by Mahidol University, in collaboration with China Medical University, Republic of China (Taiwan), for the purpose of academic and research sharing in Medical Science, Pharmacy, and Public Health. On this occasion, Ms. Mondhakarn Oprasertsawat, M.D., Vice President for Nakhonsawan Campus Project, Mahidol University, along with executives and faculties from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, the Faculty of Public Health, and the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, participated in this event at China Medical University, Republic of China (Taiwan).

Additionally, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., on behalf of Mahidol University, and Prof. Mien-Chie Hung, on behalf of China Medical University, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which provides the cooperation between both universities on Dual Degree programs in all fields of Medical Science for Master’s degree (M.S.) and Doctor of Philosophy's degree (Ph.D.) students, Joint research projects in all fields of Medical Science, including to student, staff and researcher exchange programs, and academic materials and other information sharing. On this MOU signing ceremony, Ms. Mondhakarn Oprasertsawat, M.D., Vice President for Nakhonsawan Campus Project, Mahidol University, and Prof. Liang-Yo Yang, Dean, Office of Global Affairs, China Medical University, also signed as witnesses of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
